buffalo-style tofu. ingredients: 1lb. extra-firm tofu olive oil or cooking spray 1 tbsp. garlic powder 1/4 cup earth balance margarine 1/2 cup hot sauce instructions: 1.) cut the tofu into strips about 1/4-inch thick and sprinkle with garlic powder. lightly oil a frying pan or spray with a thin film of cooking spray. 2.) fry the tofu on a medium-high heat, flipping ocassionally, until the outside is slightly browned. melt the margarine in a microwave or a small sauce pan, add the hot sauce, and stir well to make sauce. 3.) place browed tofu in the sauce, and turn until tofu is covered.
