faux fish cakes. ingredients: 2 blocks extra-firm tofu 2 cups cooked brown rice 1 small onion, minced 6 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes 2 Tbsp. minced celery 2-1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 Tbsp. sea salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. dill weed 1/4 tsp. white pepper 1/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour Pinch celery seed instructions: 1.) Mix the tofu, rice, onion, yeast and celery in a large bowl. 2.) Process the remaining ingredients, except for the flour, in a food processor until well blended. 3.)
