Tabasco sauce 1 tsp. dried thyme, crumbled 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. cayenne 3 cups cooked long-grain white rice 1.) Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper, cover, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic, burger crumbles, Tabasco, thyme, salt, and cayenne. Stir to combine and heat through, about 5 minutes. Stir in the rice and cook until hot, 5 to 7 minutes. Taste and adjust the seasonings, then serve hot. makes: 4 servings.
