tofu cutlets. ingredients: 1 lb. firm tofu 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 3 tbsp. soya sauce 1 tbsp. sesame oil 1 tbsp. onion, minced 1 tsp. garlic, minced 1 tsp. fresh ginger, minced 1 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground 2 tbsp. sesame seeds instructions: 1.) slice tofu into four pieces lengthwise. 2.) combine all other ingredients except sesame seeds. add tofu to the marinade and refrigerate for 2 - 4 hours, turning occassionlly. 3.) return dish to room temperature. preheat overn to 350 degrees F. sprinkle tofu with sesame seeds. bake for 45 minutes. good for sandwiches on hearty bread. makes: 4 servings.
